Set deep in the wilderness of the Appalachian Mountains, a group of unsuspecting travelers is once again thrust into a deadly battle for survival against a terrifying family of cannibals. When their hike goes awry, they find themselves in a nightmarish trap, surrounded by the grotesque remnants of previous victims. With each passing moment, the group must decide who can be trusted as they attempt to escape the sinister forces closing in on them.
